Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Develop and deploy AI solutions for various business applications
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and build predictive models
• Optimize model performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
• Stay current with latest AI/ML research and technologies
• Document models, processes, and results

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning and AI
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of statistics and mathematics
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP and computer vision
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
• Published research papers or patents
• Experience with reinforcement learning
