Technical Project Manager

About the Role

Lead project teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and within budget while ensuring client satisfaction. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate between development teams, designers, and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed
• Communicate project status to clients and management
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience managing client relationships
• PMP or similar certification preferred

Nice to Have

• Technical background in software development
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Experience in consulting environment
• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe)
• Experience with budget management and forecasting
